Mussar Circle for Those Affected by Cancer
We apply the ethical teachings and mindfulness practices of the Jewish Mussar tradition to examine our daily habits of living and how we can experience our best selves more often. Through mussar wisdom practice we will connect more deeply to ourselves and each other.

Biking and Bagels
Larkspur, CA
Biking and Bagels
Road cyclists, saddle up and meet for a monthly weekend ride that begins and ends at The Larkspur Country Mart. We will ride Paradise Loop, a classic, 20 mile loop that heads out through Corte Madera and Tiburon, and loops back thru Mill Valley & Larkspur. The ride is suitable for regular road riders of all adult ages (from post-college to retirement!). No one will be left behind, but to best facilitate coordination and community building, you should be capable of riding 10 to 12 mph over rolling terrain. We'll end with an appropriate Jewish nosh and conversation at Wise Sons Bagelry. This group is open to anyone in the community that is looking to "ride Jewishly", so feel free to invite your friends from other shuls or your friends who never go to shul!
