Yoga for physical strength and spiritual development:
Build strength and flexibility as well as expand your mind with this yoga class that combines yoga postures and relaxation with some basic teaching from the Mussar Institute leading to awareness, wisdom and transformation.

This group is encouraged for regular yoga practitioners, of at least 1 year experience. We will meet on the first Wednesday of the month 9:00-10:30am, at Jen Haas’s home studio.

The first session will begin on November 1st.
