Yoga for physical strength and spiritual development

Build strength and flexibility as well as expand your mind with this yoga class that combines yoga postures and relaxation with some basic teaching from selected Jewish texts.

This group is encouraged for regular yoga practitioners, of at least 1 year experience. We will meet on Tuesdays from 9:00-10:15am, at Jen Haas’s home studio.

This group is continuing from last year with limited open spots. Anyone is welcome to join our monthly Shabbat yoga though which will have a similar format.
