In the Zone: Shabbat Yoga

Yoga
Shabbat Morning Yoga is an ideal time to pause from our often-hectic lives to rest, breathe, and re-center ourselves. By slowing down, we become open to experiencing our body, mind, and neshama as one. We’ll incorporate lessons from our great teachers related to the weekly Torah portion, the latest holiday, or related prayer. Together we'll explore how yoga enhances our Shabbat practice and supports us to embody Jewish teachings.

Come on October 14th for an introductory session before you sign up on the 15th. You should have some experience with yoga, bring a mat, and wear comfortable clothing. Starting in November, we will meet on the first Saturday of each month.

Since we will be meeting at LT on Shabbat, this group is not capped at 14.
