Solvitur ambulando, “it is solved by walking,” is a Latin phrase often attributed to St. Augustine and while walking doesn’t solve everything, we know from experience that moving the body, moves the spirit. Because of the unique way God made us, connecting movement with mindfulness brings refreshment, healing and wholeness as it aligns our body, mind and spirit. The benefits of walking combined with mindfulness are many including reducing stress, anxiety, blood pressure, and fatigue, while boosting the immune system and improving energy, mood, mental clarity, creativity, sleep quality, and problem solving. Weekly online sessions offer community as well as physical, mental and spiritual insights designed for every fitness level and schedule. Each week, on their own time, participants will put insights learned through our online community into practice, choosing their own walking schedule, distance and pace.
